Try other Jitsi Meet instances for meetings?

I just learned about https://fairmeeting.net (which is hosted by https://fairapps.net — which is also new to me).

I heard someone else report that it was working well for them. Perhaps it will work better than meet.jit.si for us?

On another note, another org I’m involved in might self-host a Jitsi Meet instance and might let us use that, but that’s not an option right now.

I think it didn’t work better and ran an older version (I missed the all-screens-overview feature).

Let’s stick to meet.jit.si or mumble.
