I’d like to clarify the framing of this for some pinned / wiki doc we have for welcoming mods and admins etc.
Point being: When someone has those permissions, they see extra buttons and options, but there’s nothing to distinguish them to identify that these are specifically restricted options. So, we should help people know what’s what and use them with care.
