Password reset email not received

I’m trying to receive a password reset email (so I can recommend how it should be changed to make this process clearer and more in line with what people expect). I tried a couple of times the other day and again just now and I’m not receiving one (and I have checked my spam folder). My email in my account is mixed case, and I’ve tried entering it both that way and in all lowercase when requesting the password reset.
