Broadcasting policy changes on Discoure (as wolftune has done on the post about quick fixes) should be part of our standard practice.

We should also publish a changelog of policy changes. I propose, well, this MR: https://git.snowdrift.coop/sd/governance/merge_requests/15

I further propose that the top circle create a policy changelog policy. :slight_smile:

By the way, I want to highlight my use of Keep a Changelog as a standard for how changelogs should work.
