I learned about this today:

and I think we should consider adopting this sort of thing for whoever has sysadmin permissions. Thoughts?

This is/will/should be covered by our general code and by our description of the rule’s domain and accountabilities.

That makes sense to me. Should we add it to governance docs soon or just keep a note about it along with the still-to-organize plans for governance/team-structure/org overhaul?
