Building a staff intro/FAQ

There are various things to note including closed vs archived vs unlisted

I’m unsure where such intro and FAQ items should go. I’m unclear on the terminology of staff vs team although I’m sure we can clarify. My impression is “staff” is everyone who has increased privileges on Discourse (mods + admins) while “team” is the official Snowdrift.coop team (and the restricted team area is for anything anyone wants to discuss with the team in confidence… expecting that the team all subscribe to that topic, so we also need clarity on what expectations there are for volunteers / staff / team etc. for subscribing to things here…)

Sorry to be rambly, trying to clarify the general issues about what’s what and plan documenting it for others clearly.
